ADSSI Limited is a not-for-profit home and community care business and a company limited by guarantee. Established on the Central Coast of New South Wales in 1987, we are a public benevolent institution.

We are committed to fostering a culture of Continuous Quality Improvement, Respect and Integrity, Empathy, Safety and Well-being, Service, and Teamwork. Together, these values form ADSSI's CRESST. They represent the pinnacle of the organisation's ethos and principles and are at the heart of our $42M business.

ADSSI Limited trades as Adssi In-home Support on the Central Coast, Northern Sydney, and the Hunter as Beresfield Community Care, Dungog & District Neighbourcare and Maitland Community Care Services. Through various programs, including government-funded in-home aged care services and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), we support thousands of people living safely and independently in their homes and communities.

The Board of Directors is supported by a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, Director of Business Services, Director of Clinical Services, Regional Manager, and four Site Managers, along with management portfolios including Quality and Compliance, People and Culture, Marketing and Communications and Work Health Safety and Risk.

The programs we deliver are funded by the Australian Government's Department of Health and Aged Care, Department of Veterans Affairs, National Disability Insurance Agency, and NSW's Ministry of Health and Transport for NSW.

It's our vision to create a community where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive, living life to the fullest with respect and dignity. We aspire to be the leading provider of aged and disability home care services, renowned for our commitment to excellence, compassion, and innovation.

ADSSI Limited has nearly 350 employees and 200 volunteers working together to serve our communities.
