ADSSI Limited is a not-for-profit home and community care business and a company limited by guarantee. Established on the Central Coast of New South Wales in 1987, we are a public benevolent institution. Our core values, professional, respectful, integrity, client-focussed, and excellence are at the heart of our $40M business.

ADSSI Limited trades as Adssi In-home Support on the Central Coast, Northern Sydney, and the Hunter as Beresfield Community Care, Dungog & District Neighbourcare and Maitland Community Care Services.

Through various programs, including government-funded in-home aged care services and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), we support thousands of people living safely and independently in their homes and communities.

The Board of Directors is supported by a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Director of Corporate Services, Director of Clinical Services, Chief Financial Officer, and Regional Manager, along with management roles including Finance, Quality & Compliance, People and Culture, Marketing and Communications, and Work Health Safety and Risk.

The programs we deliver are funded by the Australian Government's Department of Health, NSW Health, Department of Veterans Affairs, National Disability Insurance Scheme and Transport for NSW.
