ADSSI Limited is a not-for-profit home and community care business and a company limited by guarantee. Established on the Central Coast of New South Wales in 1987, we are a public benevolent institution. Our core values of professional, respectful, integrity, client focussed and excellence are at the heart of our $28M business.

ADSSI Limited trades as Adssi In-home Support on the Central Coast and in Northern Sydney, and in the Hunter, as Beresfield Community Care, Dungog & District Neighbourcare and Maitland Community Care Services.

Through various programs including government funded in-home aged care services and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), we support many thousands of people to remain living safely and independently in their home and community.

The Board of Directors is supported by a Chief Executive Officer, Director of Clinical Services, Regional Manager, along with management roles including Finance, Quality & Compliance, People and Culture, Marketing and Communication and Work Health Safety and Risk.

The programs we deliver are funded by the Australian Government’s Department of Health, NSW Health, Department of Veterans’ Affairs, National Disability Insurance Scheme and Transport for NSW.
