Hunter and Central Coast home care group ADSSI Limited have partnered with Hunter Recruitment Group (HRG) to strengthen its recruitment capability, grow its presence across the Central Coast and Hunter, and connect more local people with meaningful career opportunities.
As ADSSI’s recruitment partner, HRG will bring regional knowledge, recruitment expertise and sector experience to attract people who share ADSSI’s commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support.
John Baillie, Chief Executive Officer at ADSSI, said the partnership would strengthen the organisation’s workforce and support its goal of becoming an employer of choice across the regions it serves.
“Our ability to provide high-quality services begins with having skilled, compassionate and committed people in our teams.
“ADSSI offers a wide range of career pathways, from traineeships and frontline care through to clinical, professional, corporate and leadership roles.
“Working with HRG will help us reach more local candidates, improve their recruitment experience and build a workforce that can deliver the high-quality care and support our communities expect,” Mr Baillie said.
ADSSI provides in-home aged care, disability and community services through Adssi In-home Support, Beresfield Community Care, Dungog & District Neighbourcare and Maitland Community Care Services.
The organisation offers career opportunities across community support, nursing, allied health, trades, care management, administration, customer service and corporate services.
From traineeship to Care Partner
Ashleigh Fosker, an ADSSI Care Partner on the Central Coast, is a great example of the career progression available within the organisation.
Mrs Fosker joined Adssi In-home Support in 2019 through a Support Worker traineeship. She completed a Certificate III in Individual Support and a Certificate IV in Ageing Support before progressing into end-of-life support work.
She later moved into an office-based role as a Commonwealth Home Support Program Advisor. While working, she completed a Diploma of Community Services and undertook the qualification’s work placement with Adssi In-home Support. She subsequently progressed into her current Care Partner role, supporting participants receiving services through the Support at Home program.
“When I started my Support Worker traineeship in 2019, I didn’t realise how many opportunities it would open for me.

Ashleigh Fosker, Care Partner with ADSSI on the Central Coast
“Adssi has supported me to learn on the job, build my qualifications and progress from frontline support into my current role as a Care Partner.
“Each role has helped prepare me for the next, and I’m proud to have built a meaningful career while continuing to support people in my local community,” Ms Fosker added.
Craig McGregor, Director at HRG, said the partnership would help communicate the breadth of career possibilities available within ADSSI and strengthen its local talent pipeline.
“HRG is proud to partner with an organisation that makes such an important contribution across the Central Coast and Hunter,” Mr McGregor said.
“Our role is not simply to fill vacancies. It is to connect ADSSI with people who align with its purpose and values and build sustainable local talent pipelines.
“Career stories like Ashleigh’s show that a role in community care can be the beginning of a long and rewarding career. Together, we want to position ADSSI as an employer of choice for people who want to grow professionally while making a genuine difference.”
HRG began managing ADSSI’s recruitment process earlier this month, providing scalable recruitment capability, sector expertise, compliance support and a more efficient recruitment process.
