ADSSI Limited, a leading provider of in-home care and support services, is pleased to announce that John Baillie has been appointed as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective January 6, 2025.

 

Mr. Baillie brings a wealth of experience in the health, aged care, and disability sectors. He has a proven track record of strategic leadership and a commitment to quality care. His extensive background spans for-profit and not-for-profit organisations in urban and rural settings. John is also a current Director on the ADSSI Board and will step down before taking up the CEO role.

 

Alison Tattersall, Chair of the ADSSI Board of Directors, expressed confidence in the appointment.

Before joining ADSSI, Mr. Baillie was an Executive Manager at the Hunter New England and Central Coast Primary Health Network, where he led initiatives in primary care improvement, workforce development, and digital health. His career also includes leadership roles at Hunter Primary Care, NovaCare, and the Department of Ageing, Disability, and Home Care.

Outgoing CEO Jenni Allan, who will assist with the transition until January 31, 2025, shared her thoughts.
