Hunter and Central Coast home care group ADSSI Limited is proud to announce the appointment of three outstanding leaders to its Board of Directors: Melissa Pollard, Distinguished Laureate Professor Nicholas J. Talley AC, and Bridie Ingham. These appointments follow the planned rotation of several directors in accordance with ADSSI’s constitution, and the transition of John Baillie from Director to Chief Executive Officer.

 

With these appointments, ADSSI reinforces its commitment to strong governance, innovative thinking, and the values that drive its mission, helping people live their best lives with care at home.

 

Alison Tattersall, ADSSI’s Board Chair, welcomes Melissa, Professor Talley, and Bridie to the Board.

Melissa Pollard

Melissa Pollard is a strategic digital health and technology executive with over 20 years of experience leading innovation across complex health systems. A champion for equity and access, Melissa has delivered region-wide digital initiatives that have transformed the way people receive care. Melissa is a trusted advisor to boards and executive teams, and brings a wealth of expertise in digital transformation, project management, information technology, and strategic planning to the ADSSI Board.

 

Distinguished Laureate Professor Nicholas J. Talley AC

Professor Talley is one of Australia’s most respected clinicians and academic leaders. Currently Head of the Discipline of Medicine at the University of Newcastle, he has authored over 1,000 peer-reviewed publications and shaped health policy worldwide. Professor Talley’s voice will help strengthen ADSSI’s role in delivering quality care and influencing positive change for the community.

 

Bridie Ingham

Bridie Ingham is a dedicated leader in quality management, governance, and service improvement within the health sector. As Executive Quality & Safety Manager at John Hunter Hospital, she has advanced best-practice frameworks to ensure safe, reliable care. Bridie brings a client-focused mindset to support ADSSI in delivering safe, compassionate care in homes across our regions.
